Marcus Junius Brutus

85 BC - 42 BC

The leader of the conspirators who assassinated the Roman dictator Gaius Julius Caesar in March 44 BC. The son of Marcus Junius Brutus, he acquired the the name of Quintus Caepio through adoption by his uncle, Quintus Servilius Caepio.
